Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or booking a service with The Union Code™, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

The Union Code™ provides numerology-based wedding consulting services including Wedding Date Selection, Compatibility Profiles, the Signature Experience, and associated add-on readings. All services are delivered virtually via Zoom unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Service descriptions, inclusions, and pricing are as listed on this website at the time of booking. We reserve the right to update pricing and service offerings at any time, with changes taking effect for new bookings only.

Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your consultation date.
• All prices are in US dollars.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.
• Payment plans are available on packages of $500 or more by prior written agreement only. Contact us at hello@theunioncode.love to arrange.
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received in full.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your scheduled consultation will receive a full credit toward a future booking, valid for 12 months.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled consultation are non-refundable.
• No-shows forfeit the full session fee.
• Once a written report or PDF has been delivered, no refund will be issued.
• If The Union Code™ must cancel or reschedule, you will receive a full refund or priority rebooking at your preference.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and all materials produced by The Union Code™ — including reports, PDFs, frameworks, methodologies, templates, and brand assets — are the intellectual property of The Union Code™ and Cindy Lou Cummins.

Clients receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use their own reports for personal reference only. Reports may not be reproduced, resold, published, or distributed without prior written consent.

Testimonials & Client Stories

We may request your permission to share your experience as a testimonial. We will never publish your name, story, or likeness without your explicit written consent. All testimonials are voluntary.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Union Code™ and Cindy Lou Cummins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific services in question.
