Our commitments to you

This agreement sets out what The Union Code™ provides, what it costs, and how rescheduling, cancellations and refunds work. By booking and paying for any service, you agree to these terms.

1. Parties

This Client Service Agreement is between The Union Code LLC, an Arizona limited liability company based in Scottsdale, Arizona, doing business as The Union Code™ (“The Union Code,” “we,” “us”), and the person or couple booking our services (“Client,” “you”).

2. Services

We provide numerology and Human Design consultations for couples and individuals, delivered by Zoom. Your booking confirmation records the service you selected.

3. Booking and Payment

• Your session is confirmed once full payment for your package is received through our Calendly booking page.
• Add-on readings chosen after booking are billed on a separate invoice, due before that add-on is prepared.
• Payment plans are available on packages over $500 by prior arrangement. Any agreed schedule is set out on your invoice, and each installment is due by its date. If an installment is missed, work on remaining deliverables is paused until it is paid.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any currency conversion or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank are your responsibility.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide full legal birth names and dates of birth for each partner, and for Human Design readings, exact birth times and places. Readings are prepared from the details you give us, so please check them carefully.
• Complete the Profile Details form on this website before your consultation.
• Join your Zoom consultation on time. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

5. Sessions and Delivery

• Consultations take place by Zoom at the time you booked.
• Your written report is delivered by email as a PDF within 5 business days after your consultation.
• Please tell us within 7 days of delivery if anything needs correcting, such as a misspelled name or wrong date. We correct errors at no charge.

6. The Heirloom Edition and Shipping

• The Heirloom Edition is a printed and bound keepsake of your reading. It is included in The Signature Experience and optional with other services.
• It is printed to order and ships within the United States only. Shipping charges, if any, are shown on your invoice.
• You are responsible for providing a complete and correct U.S. mailing address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.

7. Rescheduling, Cancellations and Refunds

Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of this agreement. In brief: one free reschedule with 48 hours’ notice; a full refund 7 or more days before your session; 50% or a full credit 2–6 days before; and no refund within 48 hours, for a missed session, or once your reading has been delivered.

8. Nature of the Services

• Numerology and Human Design readings are offered for personal insight, reflection and meaningful decision-making. They are interpretive and are not a prediction or guarantee of any outcome.
• Readings are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, psychological or marriage counseling advice. Decisions you make based on a reading, including your choice of wedding date or name, are your own.
• You must be 18 or older to book.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

We keep your personal details, including names, birth information and anything you share in your consultation, confidential. We use them only to prepare and deliver your services, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell your information.

10. Intellectual Property

All reports, charts, frameworks and materials we create remain the property of The Union Code LLC. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to keep and enjoy them for your own private use. You may share your own reading with family and friends, but you may not reproduce, sell or publish our materials without written permission. Zoom sessions may not be recorded without our consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or reliance on, any reading or recommendation.

12. Questions About a Charge

If you have any concern about a charge or a service, please contact us first at hello@theunioncode.love. We respond within 2 business days and will work with you in good faith to resolve it. You agree to give us that opportunity before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer.

13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

14. Entire Agreement

This agreement, together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between you and The Union Code. It may be changed only in writing. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. By booking and paying for services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

Every reading from The Union Code™ is prepared personally for you, and much of that preparation begins as soon as your session is booked. This policy explains how rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds work, so you can book with complete clarity.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your Zoom consultation once, at no charge, with at least 48 hours’ notice, using the link in your Calendly confirmation email or by emailing us.
• Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be accommodated at our discretion.

Cancellations & Refunds

• 7 or more days before your session: full refund.
• 2 to 6 days before your session: 50% refund, or a full credit toward a future session used within 12 months — your choice.
• Less than 48 hours before your session, or a missed session: no refund. We are happy to offer one reschedule at our discretion.
• After your session or written report has been delivered: readings are personalized and are not refundable.

Add-On Readings

• Add-on readings are invoiced separately after booking, and the same cancellation terms apply to each add-on.
• An add-on may be cancelled for a full refund until its preparation has begun.

The Heirloom Edition

• Each Heirloom Edition is custom printed and bound for you. Once it has been sent to print, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• If your keepsake arrives damaged or with a printing error, email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no charge.
• The Heirloom Edition ships within the United States only. Please ensure your mailing address is complete and correct; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.

Anniversary Reading

• The Anniversary Reading renews automatically each year at the current rate until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time before your renewal date by emailing us, and you will not be charged again. Renewals already delivered are not refundable.

Gift Cards & Complimentary Offerings

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The free Mini Reading and Discovery Call carry no charge and require no cancellation notice.

How to Cancel or Request a Refund

Email hello@theunioncode.love or call 1·844·458·5888. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; please allow 5–10 business days for them to appear. For any concern about a charge, please contact us first — we are always glad to make things right.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including: your name and the name of your partner; your email address and phone number; dates of birth and full legal names (used to prepare your numerology readings); wedding details such as preferred dates and venue; and any message or intentions you share through our forms. We may also collect limited technical information automatically, such as general usage data, to keep the site working properly.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to prepare and deliver your consultation and numerology readings; to respond to your inquiries and schedule appointments; to process your requests and provide customer support; and, where you have given consent, to send you informational and marketing text messages. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS / Text Messaging & Mobile Opt-In

If you opt in to receive text messages from us at +1·844·458·5888, we use your mobile number solely to send the informational and/or marketing messages you consented to. You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, and only as needed to provide our services to you. These include: Formspree (processes contact-form submissions), Calendly (schedules consultations), and our email provider (delivers our correspondence). As noted above, your mobile opt-in data is never shared for marketing purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Affiliate Links

Our site may contain affiliate links, including as an Amazon Associate, through which we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. These links do not change what we collect about you.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain records of your consent, and meet legal or business requirements. You may request that we delete your information at any time by contacting us.

Your Choices & Rights

You may unsubscribe from text messages by replying STOP, and from emails using the unsubscribe link. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Data Sharing

• Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

The Union Code LLC — Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, promotional offers or discounts, and any promotion of our products and services.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text ‘STOP’ to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP’ to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@theunioncode.love.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
